What my business does is pretty simple...we help organizations with a desire to do something different in real estate, sustainability, unintentional bias, smart growth, or community building. As a consulting and education company with over 30 years experience in various phases of business, we help you set priorities and create change....and have some fun doing it.

Leadership Collaborations
Some of my responsibilities with the National Association of REALTORS® allowed collaborative opportunities with NOAA, The National Forest Foundation, New Partners for Smart Growth National Conference, and participating in the development of the National Association of REALTORS® inaugural ESG&R report for the over 1.5 million members.
We shine at making things happen like facilitating grant opportunities with the Women of the Workforce Conference at Boise State University, Boise Neighborhood Interactive, Land Trust of Treasure Valley, Idaho Smart Growth, and ULI. Being involved with numerous cities and counties across the country who are planning for a bright future are some of our favorite projects.
